Strawberry tincture

STRAWBERRY liqueur

Strawberry tincture is very popular due to the wide availability of these fruits. The best strawberries, these will be those collected in our garden at the turn of June and July. The drink will have a pleasant taste and a strong, wonderful aroma.

Recipe 1

Ingredients:
1 kg of strawberries
0,5 kg of sugar
0,7 Alcohol 70 %
the juice of one lemon

Execution:
Strawberries(very ripe, but not spoiled) wash, peel, dry with a paper towel, then put it in the jar.

Pour in sugar and leave it in a sunny place on 24 Hours. Shake occasionally, so that the sugar can dissolve more easily.

Pour in alcohol and set aside in a dark place 4-6 Weeks.

We add lemon juice, we filter thoroughly, we pour it into bottles and hide it in the basement on 3 Months.

Recipe 2

Ingredients:
1 kg of strawberries
0,7 Alcohol 70%
2 cups of sugar
2 glasses of water
a little citric acid

Execution:
Peel the stalks of strawberries, wash, cut into pieces and toss into a large jar. Pour alcohol over it and leave it on 48 hours.

Then pour the contents of the jar into a large vessel, and squeeze the fruit thoroughly in a sieve, so that they give off as much juice as possible.

The next step is to prepare the syrup. Pour water into a pot and add sugar, and then boil it. Pour slowly into the hot syrup, add a little citric acid, stirring all the time.

Cool down, pass through the coffee filter, pour into bottles and leave 2 months in a dark place.

Recipe 3

Strawberry tincture with vanilla

Ingredients:
1 kg of strawberries
1 liter of alcohol 60 %
2 vanilla sticks
a glass of sugar
a glass of water

Execution:
Clean the stalks of strawberries and rinse. Lightly crush or cut into pieces,put in a jar and pour alcohol.

To add 2 vanilla sticks cut lengthwise. Close the jar tightly and leave it in a dark place for 4 Weeks.

After this time, squeeze the fruit and filter it through cheesecloth.

Make a syrup from sugar and water and combine with the tincture.

After three weeks, pour it through a coffee filter, bottle and set aside to cool, a dark place for another 2 Months.

Recipe 4

STRAWBERRY LIQUEUR

1 kg of strawberries, ¾ l of spirit, ¾ l of vodka 40 °, 60 dkg sugar

Not very big, one side browned, and on the other hand, remove the stalks of white or greenish fruit, rinse, dry with a linen cloth, cut into particles, put in a gander. In a separate vessel, mix the spirit and vodka, pour into a gander with strawberries. Cork the cork, expose to sunlight for a period 1 week by turning it daily. After this time, filter the tincture through gauze into another vessel. Cover the strawberries with sugar, mix well by shaking, expose to sunlight for a period 2 Weeks. Filter the obtained liquid through gauze into a ginger with tincture (Squeeze the strawberries through a flannel or cloth), mix well and set aside 24 Hours. Pour the finished tincture into half-liter bottles, cork and seal, and on the bottles stick cards with the name of the tincture and the date of bottling.

Store bottles in a dark and cool place at least 4 Months. The tincture can be served with cakes.
