Flips

Flips, just like cobblers, are a variety of cocktails; the basic ingredients are liqueur or cognac and raw yolk. The ingredients given in the recipes can be used to prepare 1 Portion.

LEMON FLIP

1 yolk, sugar, juice of 1/8 Lemon, 50 g vodka 40°, lemon zest, consumer ice

Whisk the yolk with sugar until thick. In a glass with a capacity of 100 g put a few pieces of ice, put the yolk grated with sugar, add lemon juice, stirring pour vodka, so that the yolk does not cut. Serve with a teaspoon.

 

ANISE FLIP
1 yolk, sugar, juice of 1/8 Lemon, 25 g anise, 25 g cognac, consumer ice

Whisk egg yolk with sugar, add lemon juice. Put an ice cube in a glass, apply grated yolk, stirring pour anise and cognac. Serve with a teaspoon.

FLIP ORANGE

1 yolk, sugar, 1/2 orange, 50 g white wine, 25 g cognac, 25 g of mineral water

Whisk the yolk with sugar until thick, add white wine and cognac, Mix, add finely chopped orange, make up with mineral water. Serve with a teaspoon.

APRICOT FLIP

1 yolk, sugar, 50 g of white wine, 25 g apricot liqueur, 1/2 Apricot, consumer ice

Whisk egg yolk with sugar, mix with wine and liqueur. Serve on a piece of ice garnished with half apricots. Flip serve with a teaspoon.

CHAMPAGNE FLIP

1 yolk, sugar, juice of 1/4 orange, 50 g Curacao-Orange (Pronounced. Kiraso-Orange), 50 g champagne, consumer ice

Whisk the yolk with sugar until thick. In a glass put a few pieces of ice, insert the yolk, add orange juice, liqueur, champagne. Mix, so that the yolk does not cut. Serve with a teaspoon.

FLIP "GEISHA”

1 yolk, 1 a tablespoon of cream, 25 g cognac, 25 g of chocolate syrup

Mix all ingredients together. When serving, sprinkle with finely grated nutmeg. Serve with a teaspoon.
