ROSE FLIP
1 yolk, sugar, 50 g Curacao-Orange (Pronounced. Kiraso-Orange), consumer ice
Whisk the yolk with sugar until thick. In a glass with a capacity of 100 g put a few ice cubes, put in the grated yolk, pour in the liqueur, stirring thoroughly. Serve with a teaspoon.
CHAMPAGNE FLIP
1 egg, 100 g of pearl wine, consumer ice
Put a few cubes of finely crushed ice into a jar with a tight lid, insert the entire egg, pour in sparkling wine. Shake the sealed jar for a few minutes until the egg is completely matched with the wine. Pour the finished flip into a glass.

CHOCOLATE FLIP
1 yolk, 75 g of cocoa cream, 15 g cognac, a few drops of almond oil
Pour the egg yolk into a glass. Add the cocoa cream, cognac, a few drops of almond oil. Mix thoroughly, cool well.
FLIP "LAWYER”
1 egg, 1 a teaspoon of sugar, 1 a glass of vodka
Whisk egg yolk with sugar, and then beat until foam with vodka. Add the egg whites to a stiff foam. Serve in a small cup.
CREAM FLIP "ALEXANDRIA”
35 g cognac, 35 g cocoa and egg cream, 30 g cream 33%
In a glass, mix the cognac and cream thoroughly, and then with cream, cool. Serve with a coffee spoon.
FLIP "GIRL"
5 g of Neska coffee, 25 g cognac, 1 spoon of sweet cream 33%, sugar (can), consumer ice
Whip the cream with sugar, add Neska. For a glass with a capacity 100 g put a few pieces of ice, pour over whipped cream and cognac, Mix. Serve with a teaspoon.
