Punches

Cold punches are made with fruit ice cream mixed with wine, Liqueur, arak or rum. They are served in glass cups or in tall glasses.

ORANGE PUNCH

1/2 l orange ice cream, lemon juice, a glass of cognac, a glass of cumin liqueur, 2 glasses of Curacao-Orange liqueur (Pronounced. Kiraso-Orange), fruits from compote

Mix ice cream with lemon juice, cognac and liqueurs. Serve garnished with compote fruit.

 

FROZEN ROMAN PUNCH

Spread lemon ice cream with rum and vanilla liqueur. You can also pour the stiffly beaten foam with hot syrup, Cool, mix with ice cream, add rum. Roman punch is served in glass cups.

 

PUNCH "A LA GLACE"

1/2 l orange ice cream, 1/4 cup arak, 1/2 cup whipped cream

Fill the glasses with ice cream, mix with arak, garnish whipped cream.

 

EGG PUNCH

1/2 bottle of white wine, 1/2 cup vodka, 4 Courage, sugar, orange peel

Put whole eggs in wine and vodka, add sugar to taste and orange peel. Put in a hot bath, whip to density. Cool the dense mass. Serve in cups,

 

PUNCH "BURNING"

1/2 l strawberry ice cream, 1 a glass of white wine, jam, alcohol

Fill the glasses up to 1/3 tall white dessert wine, place strawberry ice cream on its surface, garnish with jam served with syrup, pour arak, serve lighted.
