Crushed is a refreshing drink. It is prepared from various types of white wines and fresh fruit, like wild strawberries, strawberries, Apricots, Peaches, oranges etc The smell and power gives the crumble a glass of cognac or liqueur. The crusher is served in a crystal jug or in a vase filled to 1/3 height with small pieces of ice. For pouring is used glass ladle.
STRAWBERRY CRUMBLE
1 l white wine, 50 dkg wild strawberries and strawberries, 20 dkg sugar, consumer ice
Big, unfinished wild strawberries and small strawberries put in a vase, pour wine. After 2 hours add sugar dissolved in a small amount of water, pour ice cubes.
FRUIT CRUMBLE
1/2 l white fruit wine, 1/2 l of soda water, 100 g vodka 40°, 10 dkg sugar, 30 dkg fruit, lemon peel
Fruit (Peaches, Apricots, strawberries, oranges or other) wash, larger of them divide into particles, put in a vase or crystal jug, pour wine, soda and vodka, add grated lemon zest. Ready crumble to cool.
WILD STRAWBERRY CRUSH
1/2 l white wine, 10 dkg sugar, 20 dkg wild strawberries, 1/2 l of soda water, consumer ice
Put pieces of ice in the vase, pour wine, Sweeten, add wild strawberries, make up to the top up with soda.
APPLE CRUMBLE
1 kg of apples (gold renets), 1 l of water, 1 lemon, 10 dkg sugar, 1/2 bottles of pearl wine
Peel apples, cut into slices, pour over boiled, cold water, add lemon juice, finely sliced lemon peel, pour sugar, cover, set aside for 12 hours. Squeeze the apple juice. Before serving, mix the juice with the chilled wine. Serve the drink in glasses with a straw.
CRUSHED FROM FRESH CELERY
1 l white wine, 1 seler, 15 dkg sugar, consumer ice
Peel the apple-sized celery, cut into slices, pour ½ l of wine. Set aside for 2 hours in a cool place. Drain the decoction, sweeten to taste, add the remaining wine.
