ORANGE CRUSH AND

1 l white wine, 2 Oranges, 1 lemon, 20 dkg sugar, 1/2 l of soda water, consumer ice

Peel the oranges, cut into slices, sprinkle with sugar, set aside for a few hours in a cool place. Put pieces of ice in the vase, pour in wine and soda, add oranges sprinkled with sugar, season to taste with lemon juice.

ORANGE CRUSH II

1 l white wine, ¼ l of soda water, 25 dkg of fried orange peel (together with the syrup), juice of 1 Lemon, sugar, consumer ice

Put the finely crushed ice in the vase, pour wine, soda water, lemon juice, sprinkle the finely ground orange peels (together with the syrup). Pour in sugar (to taste).

 

KRUSZON "CARDINAL”

3 Oranges, 50 dkg sugar (Cube), 1/2 l white wine, ½ l wina perlistego

1 wash the orange, thin the skin, put in a vase, put in sugar, pour in orange juice and wine. Put it on the ice for a few hours. Drain, add cold pearl wine.

 

CRUSHED CURACAO (Pronounced. Armor)

400 g cognac, 150 g of Curacao-Orange liqueur, 400 g of white Vermouth (Pronounced. Vermouth), 1 orange, consumer ice

Put the finely crushed ice in the vase, pour the cognac, liqueur, top up with wine. Put the orange slices into the ready crumble.

 

CHAMPAGNE CRUSH

¾ l of champagne, 3 Lemon, 4—5 teaspoons of sugar (can), apricots or peaches from compote, consumer ice

Put the finely crushed ice in the vase, pour sugar, pour lemon juice, pour champagne. For decoration, add fruit from the compote.

LEMON CRUSHED 'KLARA”

½ l of red wine, 8 lemons, cherries from compote, sugar, consumer ice

Fill the vase with finely crushed ice, pour lemon juice and wine, sweeten to taste. Garnish with compote cherries.

 

KING CRUMBLE

500 g of pearl wine, 300 g 'Kryniczank”, lemon syrup, 30 dkg fresh strawberries, consumer ice

Put the finely crushed ice in the vase, pour wine and mineral water, add lemon syrup, put fresh strawberries.
