Cobblery

Cobblers are a variety of cocktails; they are made from wine and fruit. The ingredients given in the recipes can be used to prepare 1 Portion.

CHAMPAGNE COBBLER (Pronounced. connect)

100 g champagne, 1/8 glasses of soda water, 1 a teaspoon of sugar, a slice of canned pineapple, consumer ice

Fill a cup or a tall glass up to 1/4 of its height with finely crushed ice, pour sugar, pour soda or mineral water, Mix, pour the champagne (may be pearly). Garnish with pineapple slices. Serve with a straw.

 

COBBLER ANANASOWY

100 g of grape wine, ½ a slice of pineapple, 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, a few drops of cherry liqueur, consumer ice

Put 1/2 slice of pineapple in a cup or tall glass, pour wine, let stand for a few minutes, so that the wine acquires the smell of the fruit. Add lemon juice, a few drops of cherry juice, make up to the finely mashed ice.

,, CHERRY-KOBBLER” (Pronounced. Szeri-koble)

1/8 Lemon, 25 g Cherry Brandy (Pronounced. Sheri Brendi), 25 g of mineral water, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1 orange slice, consumer ice

High, fill the slender glass to half the height with finely crushed ice, pour a glass of Cherry, lemon juice, pour sugar, make up with mineral water, stir with a teaspoon. Cobbler garnish with a slice of orange.

COFFEE COBBLER

100 g of black coffee, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 25 g rum, 25 g cognac, consumer ice

Fill a tall glass up to 1/4 of the height with finely mashed ice, pour a glass of rum and cognac, and then chilled, slightly sweetened black coffee. Serve with a straw.
