1 kg apricots, 30 dkg sugar, 2 Lemon, Elektorski Korzenny liqueur
Apricots boil until softened, Wipe, pour lemon juice, add sugar, season with liqueur. Freeze in an ice cream maker until the mass thickens.
PRUNEL SORBET
1 kg of Hungarian, 50 dkg sugar, 1 lemon, Prunelka liqueur
