MINT tincture
The mint tincture has a refreshing flavor and aroma and a wonderful green color. It is a great thirst quencher on hot days(you should dilute it with water and add a few ice cubes).
Recipe 1
Ingredients:
peppermint leaves
0,5 litre of spirit
0,75 liter of water
2 cups of sugar
Execution:
Rinse the mint leaves thoroughly, and then put it in a glass vessel, e.g.. in a jar. Pour the spirit over it, close it tightly and leave it on 10 Days.
After this time, filter(Squeeze the leaves carefully).
Make a syrup of water and sugar, and then mix it with the infusion prepared earlier.
Filter everything again and pour into bottles. After a month, you can taste it.
Recipe 2
Ingredients:
half a cup of mint leaves
250 ml of spirit
half a cup of sugar
2 glasses of spring water
Execution:
Wash the mint leaves, put in a jar, cover with sugar and pour the spirit. Store in a tightly closed jar for a week(you can shake the jar once a day).
Now you need to filter thoroughly, squeezing out the leaves in the process, then mix with water.
Pour it into bottles and set aside for a month. Ready.
Recipe 3
DRY MINT TINTAGE
2 dkg dried mint, 1 l vodka 45°, 0,1 l spirits, 0,1 l of water, 10 dkg sugar
Pour the mint into the gander, pour vodka, set aside in a warm place on 3 Day. Mix syrup prepared from water and sugar (before it cools down) with spirit. Vodka, which was poured with mint, filter through a filter paper into a vessel with syrup and spirit, mix by shaking, set aside for 24 Hours.
The tincture can be given immediately after cooking, however, storage in a dark and cool place has a positive effect on its quality.
