Dry sloe tincture

25 dkg sloe fruit, 1 l vodka 45°, 0,1 l spirits, 0,1 l of water, 10 dkg sugar, 3 prunes

Frozen, rinsed sloe fruits pour into the caterpillar, Throw 3 sliced, prunes, pour vodka, set aside in a warm place for a period of 3 Weeks. Add syrup made from water and sugar (before it cools down) spirit. Vodka from gąsiorka with sloe filter through gauze into a vessel with syrup and spirit, Mix, set aside for 24 Hours. Pour the finished tincture into half-liter bottles, cork and seal, and on the bottles stick cards with the name of the tincture and the date of bottling.

Store the tincture in a dark and cool place for as long as possible. Tincture on blackthorn is not very widespread with us, but very good and noble in taste vodka.
