JUNIPER TINCTURE (HUNTING VODKA)

25 dkg juniper berries, 1 l vodka 45°, 0,1 l spirits, 0,1 and water, 10 dkg sugar, dried lemon zest

Juniper berries rinse, fatten, pour into the caterpillar, toss the lemon zest, pour vodka, set aside in a warm place for a period of 1 Week. Add to the syrup made from sugar and water (before it cools down) spirit. Filter the gander vodka with juniper through tissue paper into a vessel containing syrup and spirit, Mix, set aside for 24 Hours. Pour the finished tincture into half-liter bottles, cork and seal, and on the bottles stick cards with the name of the tincture and the date of bottling.

Store the tincture in a dark and cool place for at least half a year.
