HONEY
1 kg of honey, 1/4 l of water, 1 l spirits, 1 l of vodka 40 °, 1,5 g cloves, 1,5 g of cinnamon, 1,5 g of vanilla, orange peel
Honey, preferably in July, put into the pot, add water, boil. Collect the scum, that will form on the surface, to add: cloves, cinnamon, vanilla, dried orange peel. Boil four times, re-collect the scum, pour vodka and spirit into the still hot honey. Mix, Cool, filter through gauze into half-liter bottles, cork and seal, and stick sheets with the name of the tincture and the date of production on the bottles.
Honey is ready to drink after a few days; however, the longer it stands, the better.
