Cherry-orange tincture

CHERRY ORANGE tincture

4 Oranges, 1/2 l of spirit, ½ l of vodka 45 °, 1 kg of black cherries, 50 dkg sugar, 8 Carnation.

Wash 4 Oranges, trim the outer skin as thinly as possible (without affecting the white layer, which is bitter). Cut the skins into narrow strips, toss it into a gander containing a solution of spirit and vodka, add the cloves, Stopper, set aside in a warm place for a period of 1 Week. Clean the cherries from the stalks, rinse, pour into the caterpillar, pour the tincture of orange peels by filtering it through muslin or tissue paper. Cork the cork, expose to sunlight for a period 4 Weeks, rotate daily. After this time, filter the tincture into another vessel. Sprinkle the cherries with sugar, mix thoroughly shaking, re-expose to sunlight for a period 4 Weeks. Filter the obtained liquid through gauze into a ginger with tincture (Squeeze the cherries through the canvas), mix well, set aside for 24 Hours. Pour the finished tincture into half-liter bottles, cork and seal. Store the tincture in a dark and cool place at least 4 Months.
