Strawberry tincture is a real delicacy. Besides the great taste and aroma, it has numerous health and healing properties. Strawberry tincture can be used during the flu, angina, colds or fever. Recipe 1

Ingredients:
1 kg of wild strawberries
300 g of sugar
1 l spirits 70 %

Execution:

Carefully peel the ripe fruit, then wash and dry with a paper towel. Put in a jar and cover with sugar.

Close the jar tightly and put it back on 12 hours for the juices to release. The vessel should be shaken a little.

Then pour alcohol over the whole thing and set aside to warm, sunny place on 14 Days. During this time, the jar should be shaken 3-4 days for the pour to mix well.

After this time, decant the tincture and squeeze the remaining fruit well. Strain through a coffee filter and pour into bottles. Strawberry tincture should be kept in a dark and cool place for 6 Months.

Recipe 2

HORIZONTAL TANK

1 kg of wild strawberries, ¾ l of spirit, ¾ l of vodka 40 °, 60 dkg sugar

Clean the stalks of hard and unripe strawberries, rinse, crush, pour into the caterpillar (be careful, so as not to waste precious juice). In a separate vessel, mix the spirit and vodka. Pour into the ridge with wild strawberries, Stopper, expose to sunlight for a period 2 Weeks, rotate daily. After this time, filter the tincture through gauze into another vessel. Cover the strawberries with sugar, mix well by shaking, put on . sunlight for a period 4 Weeks. Filter the obtained liquid through gauze into a ginger with tincture (squeeze the wild strawberries through a flannel or cloth), mix well, set aside for 24 Hours. After this time, filter the tincture through thick gauze into half-liter bottles, cork and seal, and on the bottles stick cards with the name of the tincture and the date of bottling.

Store the tincture in a cool and dark place at least 4 Months. The strawberry liqueur can be served with cakes.
