LIGHT GRAPES tincture

Bright grape tincture is quick and easy to prepare. Although the fruit of the grape is mainly associated with the production of wines, the tincture made of them is wonderful, sweet taste due to the general availability of fruit, it can be made almost at any time of the year.

Ingredients:
1 kg of light grapes
1 liter of alcohol 70%
3 cloves
0,5 kg of sugar
1 cm of cinnamon bark
a few mint leaves

Execution:

Wash the grapes, peel the stalks, put in a jar, lightly crush and cover with sugar. Set aside for 4 days in a warm place(shake the vessel several times a day), until the sugar dissolves.

After this time, add the cloves, cinnamon, mint leaves and pour alcohol. Set aside for 14 days in a warm place.

Then the whole thing, must be filtered through quadruple gauze(squeeze the juice out of the fruit), and then more specifically through the coffee filter.

Pour into bottles and leave in the basement for 6 Months.
