LEMON LIQUEUR

Lemon tincture is very popular, due to the speed and simplicity of implementation, as well as the availability of ingredients. It has a refreshing taste, perfect for hot summer days.

Recipe 1

Ingredients:
8 lemons
liter of alcohol 70 %
0,5 kg of sugar

Execution:

The lemons should be washed thoroughly and then blended in boiling water for a few seconds.
Peel the fruit thinly from the skin, without the white part, the more we leave it on the skins, the more tart the tincture will be. Put the peeled skins into a jar and pour alcohol over it.

Leave for a few hours for the vodka to take on its aroma and pour it into a separate vessel.
Squeeze the juice from the remaining lemons. Pour into a pot 2 glasses of water, juice and pour sugar. Heat it up, stirring constantly, until the sugar is completely dissolved. Be careful that the liquid does not boil.

After it has cooled down, pour it into a jar and add the previously prepared alcohol. Then we filter and pour into bottles.

Lemon vodka is ready to drink after a few days, but the best taste and aroma will be achieved after a month of aging.

Recipe 2

SWEET LEMON tincture

4 large lemons, 1/2 l of spirit, 1 l vodka 45°, 1/4 l of water, 60 dkg sugar

Wash 4 Lemon, trim the outer skin as thinly as possible (without affecting the white layer, which is bitter), cut it into small strips, toss it into a gander with vodka, set aside in a warm place on 3 Day. After this time, pour the vodka into another vessel, add the juice filtered through the cheesecloth 2 lemons. Prepare the syrup: pour water into the pot, heat to 50-60 ° C, pour sugar, heat while stirring until boiling. Take off the foam, which will form on the surface, add the remaining juice 2 lemons, cook still through 10 Minutes. (Overall cooking time should not exceed 30 Minutes). To the ready-made syrup, pour in the spirit, and then a tincture. Blend well, Stopper,. set aside for 48 hours. Filter the finished tincture through gauze into half-liter bottles, cork and seal, and on the bottles stick cards with the name of the tincture and the date of bottling.

Store bottles in a dark and cool place at least 3 Months. This tincture can be served with snacks, dinner dishes, coffee.

LEMON DRY tincture

3 Lemon, 1 l vodka 45°, 0,1 l spirits, 0,1 l of water, 10 dkg sugar

Wash 3 Lemon, trim the outer skin as thinly as possible (without affecting the white layer, which is bitter). Cut the skins into small strips, toss it into a gander with vodka, put in a warm place on 3 Day. Add to the syrup made from sugar and water (before it cools down) spirit. Vodka, which the lemon peels were flooded, filter through a filter paper into a vessel with syrup and spirit, add 1 / lemon juice filtered through gauze, Mix, set aside for 24 Hours.

The tincture can be given immediately after cooking, however, storage in a dark and cool place has a positive effect on its quality.
