Anise tincture

ANISE tincture

Anise has a very specific taste and smell(not everyone likes him). Perhaps the most popular anise-flavored alcohol is Greek vodka Ouzo. We can also prepare a great drink with just this taste. It is enough to buy a few dried plant materials needed for making tinctures. Anise tincture is trivial to prepare, and its taste will be appreciated by all lovers of very aromatic alcohols.

1/4 glasses of anise
1 lemon
1/2 cinnamon bark
1/2 vanilla sticks
3 cloves
a pinch of cardamom
1/2 cups of sugar
1 litre of spirit 50 %
100 ml of rum

Execution:
Squeeze the lemon juice and pour it into a large jar. Pour in the remaining ingredients and pour alcohol over it.

We close it tightly and leave it for 5 Weeks. The vessel should be shaken every few days. After this time, we pour the liquid through the coffee filter, straight to the bottles.
