RECIPE 1

PIGFIN TINUE

Ingredients:
a kilogram of quince fruit
0,3 kg of sugar
1 litre of spirit 70 %

Execution:
Wash the quinces thoroughly, dry and cut into pieces, by removing the seed pockets.
Put the fruit in the jar, cover with sugar, spin. Put it in warm for two weeks, dark place. To facilitate the formation of a syrup, you have to shake the contents of the jar daily.

After two weeks, pour vodka over the fruit and set aside for a month. Now the quince tincture should be poured into bottles, while filtering through quadruple gauze and set aside in a dark place.

The long standing of the tincture improves its quality and allows you to achieve the right color. Pigwówka should be kept at a minimum age 3 Months.

RECIPE 2

PIGWORK WITH HONEY AND RUM

Quince tincture with honey, rum and orange are a wonderful composition of flavors and aromas. Preparation is rather simple, and the end result is really amazing. This recipe shows how you can diversify the taste of our quince by adding a few simple ingredients.

Ingredients:
1 kg of ripe quince fruits
a glass of sugar
0,5 l spirits 70%
4 tablespoons of liquid linden or acacia honey
orange peel
juice of 1/2 Orange
100 ml of rum

Execution:
Fruits wash, clean from seed nests, Cut, put in a jar and pour vodka. After 2-3 weeks, the extract should be drained and discontinued.

Cover quinces with sugar, close the jar and put in a warm place for a week, until the sugar dissolves (shake the vessel daily).

Pour the syrup and combine with the extract, add honey, rum, orange peel and juice, set aside for 2 Weeks. Pour into bottles and age for several months. Pour the liquor through a sieve lined with gauze and leave to clarify.

Quince tincture should mature for 2-3 months.
