Milk tincture ? Absolutely !!! Few people know, that you can prepare unique tinctures, one of the components of which is milk. Pharmacists' tincture is a great example of how this ingredient can affect the taste of our drink. The finished tincture has a slightly yellowish color and a very delicate taste. Unfortunately, it requires a lot of time, work and patience. However, it is worth trying at least once to prepare a tincture of milk and lemons. At the time of preparation, milk tincture with its appearance rather scares off, however, the end result is stunning. Every gourmet will immediately like this delicious and aromatic alcohol. Pharmacists' tincture is an unusual and original drink, who can boldly take a place of honor in our shoulder.

Ingredients:

1l spirits 95%
1l milk
1kg of lemons
0,5 kg of sugar
1 vanilla stick

Execution:

Lemons should be thoroughly washed with hot water. Now they need to be peeled from the skin, separating white albedo. We cut them into slices and remove the pits, and then throw into a jar pouring sugar.

Add vanilla. We pour milk and spirit, tightly turn and set aside on 5 weeks in cool, dark place. Remember, to shake the jar every day.

Milk under the influence of spirit will begin to cut and bulkheads will form. In the last week we no longer shake the vessel allowing, so that the tincture separates from the cut mass. Reject the white cheese and filter the liquid thoroughly. First through dense gauze, and later more precisely through paper coffee filters. This activity requires a lot of time and patience.

Milk tincture should be aged ok. half a year which will allow it to acquire the right qualities. Ready tincture of pharmacists has a crystalline color and exquisite sweet and sour taste.
