Ingredients:

A handful of rowan fruits

1 a tablespoon of dried sloe fruits

6 Prunes

3 Figs

3 Dates

1 a tablespoon of raisins

2 glasses of water

1/2 cup sugar

0,5 l spirits

1 glass of brandy

1 a glass of vodka

 

How to prepare:

Mountain ash should be collected after the onset of the first frost. The next step is to dry them in the oven. After cooling, pour them hot several times, boiling water. Then the mountain ash with the following ingredients: a tablespoon of dried sloe fruits, prunes, Figs, dates, Raisins, we put in a caterpillar. Previously, finely chop dried fruit. Pour the following solution: dissolve sugar in two glasses of water, add brandy, spirit and vodka. We pour the ingredients in the caterpillar. We close thoroughly. Set aside in warm, shaded place. Once a week we should move the caterpillar. After a month, pour the tincture through tissue paper. Pour the remaining fruits with a glass of boiled water and leave on 24 Hours. Then filter again and connect to the first filtrate. In bottles we keep for half a year, until the tincture ripens.
