ŻUBRÓWKA

2 g of Żubrówka (grass), 1 l vodka 45°, 5 dkg sugar

Pour dried bison into the gander, pour vodka, add sugar, Stopper, set aside in a warm place for a period of 4 Weeks. After this time, filter the tincture through tissue paper into half-liter bottles, cork and seal, and on the bottles stick cards with the name of the vodka and the date of bottling.

Storage in a dark and cool place has a positive effect on the quality of Żubrówka. This tincture is made only in Poland, because aromatic, bison used for its production (grass) grows only in the Białowieża Forest.
