Pine tincture

Pine tincture has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. Drinking one glass a day from fall to spring improves immunity and helps with colds. It is also applicable in the case of respiratory tract catarrh, bronchitis, cough and sore throat.It also helps with inflammation of the urinary tract and gall bladder.

Ingredients:
young shoots of pine(about ¾ of a jar)
spirit 70%
sugar

Execution:

At the turn of April and May, we collect young pine shoots, not larger than 10 cm.
Wash the fresh shoots, dry and fill the jar with them to ¾ of the height.
Then pour alcohol over it(ok. 50% vol) and set aside for about 2 Weeks, shaking the dish daily. We pour the obtained liquid into a separate jar, filtering it through quadruple gauze. Crush pine shoots and cover with sugar.

Leave in a warm place for ok. 2 weeks daily shaking, until the sugar dissolves.

Combine the resulting syrup and filter it with the previously obtained alcohol pouring.

We pour it into bottles and leave it in a dark place for at least half a year.
