Raisin tincture

Raisin tincture is a liquor, which can be done at any time of the year. The ingredients are available in many stores and supermarkets. The taste of the tincture will depend on the type of raisins(it's best to choose your favorites). The recipe is very simple.

Ingredients:
2 Lemon
0,5 kg of raisins
vanilla stick
1 cm cinnamon bark
0,5 litre of spirit 70 %
a glass of water
1/4 glasses of honey

Execution:

Rinse the raisins first, then pour boiling water over it, wait for them to dry and toss them into a large jar. Add the vanilla, cinnamon and squeezed lemon juice. Pour the spirit and set aside in a dark place 4 Weeks(shake the jar once a day).

Pour the pour over the gauze into a separate vessel. Squeeze the raisins thoroughly. Dissolve honey in a glass of lukewarm water and combine with alcohol. Set aside for 2 Weeks. Filter more thoroughly using coffee filters.

Now pour it into bottles and put it in a dark and cool place 3 Months. After this period, the raisin tincture is ready to be tasted.
