Apple tincture

Apple tincture is very popular due to the high availability of fruit. It has a delicate one, refreshing taste and delicious aroma. It is easy and cheap to prepare.

Ingredients:
kilogram of apples
liter of alcohol 70%
300 g of sugar
2 cm of cinnamon bark

Execution:

We choose pretty, nioobite, ripe and juicy apples(the best will be slightly acidic).

We wash the fruit, we remove the petioles and cut into cubes. We throw it into the jar, cover with sugar,add cinnamon and pour alcohol over it.

We leave in a warm place 6 Weeks. Then we filter the tincture thoroughly and pour it into bottles.

The tincture should be stored in a dark and cool place at a minimum 8 Weeks.
