Peach tincture

Peach tincture is sweet and strong, intense aroma. The recipe is very simple. The most important thing is the quality of the fruit, should be: ripe, fresh, no signs of deterioration. Peach tincture is a drink for people who like sweet alcohols.

Ingredients:
1,5 kg of ripe peaches
spirit 70 % (just enough to cover the fruit)
0,5 kg of sugar

Execution:
We start preparing the tincture by washing the peaches. Then we cut them into quarters, remove the seeds and throw them into a large jar, covering them with layers of sugar.
We leave for a few hours in a warm place, shaking the jar from time to time. When the sugar dissolves, pour the spirit. Set aside for 4 weeks in a warm place.
After this time, we filter thoroughly(be sure to squeeze the fruit) and pour it into bottles. After a month of aging in the cellar, our peach tincture will be ready for tasting.
