GINGER TINK

Ginger tincture - a popular ginger soup, helps with colds and minor infections. The recipe is very easy to prepare.

Ingredients:

150g of fresh ginger
1 liter of alcohol 70 %
lemon peel
the juice of one lemon
50 g of sugar
50 g miodu
Execution:

Ginger should be washed thoroughly and cut into slices. Scald the lemon, peel thinly (no white flesh), then squeeze out the juice.

Ginger, skins, Put lemon juice, sugar and honey in a jar, and pour alcohol over everything. Leave in a dark place for 6 Weeks.

Then pass our ginger tincture through a coffee filter, Bottle and set aside in the dark, cool place to say the least 3 Months.
