Banana tincture

Banana tincture can be prepared at any time, as the fruit is available for sale all year round. However, like most tinctures, this one will have to stand a few months after making, before we can enjoy it.

Ingredients:
1 banana
half a cup of sugar
half a glass of water
half a vanilla pod
0,7 liter of alcohol 60 %

Execution:

Peel a large and well-ripe banana, then cut and mash. We put in a jar, pour alcohol and leave it in a warm place on 7 Days.

After a week, we make a syrup from water and sugar. We add vanilla.

Filter the alcohol thoroughly and pour it into the cooled syrup. We leave for approx 10 Days.

Now we filter everything once again and pour it into bottles.
After a few months of storage in a dark and cool place, the tincture will be ready for consumption.
