CHERRY and MINT tincture

Cherry tincture with mint is very easy to prepare. To make it, we will need healthy and ripe cherries, and fresh mint. Additionally, you can add the juice of half a lemon. The taste of the tincture is a wonderful combination of sweet cherries with refreshing mint.

Ingredients:
1 kg of cherries
2 sprigs of mint
1 litre of spirit 70 %
a glass of sugar

Execution:

Thoroughly wash the ripe and juicy cherries, and then we drill(we remove the seeds). Throw the prepared fruit into the jar. Add the washed mint leaves and pour the spirit over it.

We leave in a warm place 3 Weeks. Now we pour the alcohol into a separate vessel, while the cherries are covered with sugar. After a week, squeeze the fruit juice through folded gauze.

Pour alcohol into the syrup, mix and pour through the coffee filter straight into the bottles. The cherry-mint tincture should stand in a dark and cool place at least 3 Months.
