STRAWBERRY LIQUEUR

To obtain a tasty and aromatic strawberry liqueur, small pineapple strawberries are selected, because big strawberries, for example. This tincture is made the same way, like a wild strawberry and the same holds fruit only 24 flooded hours, which is enough, to get all the juice out of the fruit along with its flavor and aroma. When kept for a longer time, the fine grains covering the strawberries would give the tincture unnecessary bitterness.
