Fill the ridge tile to 3/4 volume of very ripe plums (the best are the big ones, juicy Hungarian), pour alcohol or half and half spirit and vodka, close it tightly and keep it in the sun or warm until the new year. At the beginning of December, pour the same amount of vodka over good-quality prunes and take them 10 dkg na 1 liter of vodka. Keep this vodka tightly corked at all times warm. After 1 January, mix both liquids together and add sugar, or rather a syrup made of 0,5 kg of sugar and glasses of water for each liter of vodka counting. Prunes squeeze firmly through the canvas and add the resulting liquid to the tincture. Fresh plums cover with a thick layer of sugar and keep warm often shaking the gander. When all the sugar has dissolved, pour the liquid and add to the tincture, mix and pour into bottles or use it as a light coffee liqueur.
