Grape wine (red semi-dry chianti type)

Grape wine (red semi-dry chianti type)

We rarely have the opportunity to make wine exclusively from fresh grapes, that's why I propose a recipe for beginners – from the finished concentrated grape juice, which you can get in a wine shop. In stores we find different types of concentrates for the production of white and red wines of the sherry type. To begin with, I suggest using a light concentrate of dry wine; a simple wine recipe should be on the package.

We set the wine in the gąsiorze – add the recommended amount of water to the concentrate, add a little sugar (in two batches) and clog with a stopper with a fermentation tube. After the first 4-5 Days, when the turbulent fermentation is over, add water to full. Pulling wine is easy, because the sediment is formed only by processed yeast, and some concentrates also contain clarifying agents. However, you need to remember, that such wine ripens slowly and the longer it stands, the better it is.

If there is no yeast in the kit, I propose to use the variety burgundy or beaujolais.
