STRAWBERRY-RASPBERRY liqueur

Raspberry and strawberry tincture is a perfect combination of two great ones, sweet and delicious fruit. Tasted in winter, it will remind you of the best flavors of summer. Making a tincture is child's play. The most important thing is the quality of the fruit. They should be fresh, mature and healthy. The best raspberries will be the ones you pick yourself in the forest, because they have a stronger aroma and a more distinctive flavor than those of the farmed ones.

Ingredients:
1kg malin
1 kg of strawberries
1 l spirits 70 %
0,75 kg of sugar
half a vanilla pod

Execution:
First, wash the fruit and remove the stalks, and then put it in a jar, sprinkling it with sugar. We add vanilla. We close it tightly and put it in a warm place 2 Days.

We wait for the sugar to dissolve, and the fruit releases the juice. Then pour in the spirit and set aside for 8 Weeks.

After this time, we proceed to filtering the tincture. For this, it is best to use complex gauze(squeeze the fruit), and then the coffee filter.

Ready strawberry raspberry tincture poured into glass bottles should be aged for another 3 Months. When it gets the right flavor and aroma, we can start tasting it.
