Garlic tincture

Garlic tincture - very easy and quick to prepare, supports immunity, lowers cholesterol, prevents heart attack and atherosclerosis and also has a rejuvenating effect. Remember not to use Chinese garlic.

Ingredients:
350 g of garlic
250 ml of alcohol 70 %

Execution:

Peel the garlic thoroughly, then crush and finely chop. Put it in a jar and pour alcohol over it.
