Citrus tincture

Citrus tincture is easy to prepare, and due to the availability of fruit, it can be made practically at any time of the year. It is refreshing and aromatic, and thanks to the content of vitamin C, it strengthens the body's immunity.

Ingredients:
1 grapefruit
3 Oranges
6 lemons
3,5 liter of vodka 50%
500g of sugar

Execution:

Wash the citrus,steam it in hot water and dry it. Peel the skin, but without the white flesh, which should be removed from the fruit and discarded.

Slice the fruit into thin slices, getting rid of the seeds. Put the citrus and peel in 5 liter jar, then add sugar. Pour it all over with alcohol and set aside 2 weeks in a warm place.

After 14 days pour through gauze(squeeze the fruit), and then through the coffee filter straight into the bottles. Store the tincture in a dark and cool place.
