How to make raspberry tincture

Raspberry tincture is one of the sweeter tinctures, is very popular among amateurs of this type of alcohol.
To prepare the tincture we need 1,5 kilogram of raspberries. We pour them with half a liter of spirit and a liter of vodka. Close the jar tightly and set aside on 2 weeks in a warm and shady place. After two weeks we pour the tincture into another dish, and the remaining raspberries are covered with sugar. Close the vessel tightly and leave it in the sun until, until the sugar dissolves and syrup is formed. During this time, we move the jar every day.
When the raspberry syrup is formed, imprint and the resulting juice is combined with a previously poured tincture. The whole is filtered and poured into decanters or bottles. The tincture has about 35% Alcohol, raspberry taste and aroma and nice red color. The tincture should be drunk slightly cooled to a temperature of about 13 degrees Celsius.
The same recipe can also be used to make strawberry tincture, blackberries or wild strawberries. The tincture will then have the same alcohol content, but completely different, fruity taste.
