Tinctures are a very aromatic type of alcohol. Peanut tincture, is one of the most popular tinctures, in addition, well done also has health properties. You can, of course, buy it in the store, but the sky tastes better one that you will do yourself.
To make tincture we need 50 dag green walnuts. They should be plucked from the tree in early July. Such nuts are cut into quarters and placed in a jar. We add a tablespoon of cinnamon to them, 15 cloves and 5 almond essence drops. All this is poured with spirit and set aside for 3 Weeks. Every few days it is worth moving the jar, so that the ingredients combine better with each other.
From half a liter of water and 50 dag of honey prepare the syrup slightly heating it. To such a syrup we add strained tincture. Mix everything together thoroughly. Filter the tincture prepared in this way through a special filter paper, pour into bottles and leave preferably for a year so that the tincture ripens well.
The finished tincture has approximately 40 alcohol percentage. Has a dark brown color and spicy-nutty aroma. Tincture is best given at a temperature of approximately 10 degrees Celsius.
