RASPBERRY liqueur

For the raspberry tincture, forest raspberries are taken, as more aromatic. Because raspberries are very juicy, just keep them flooded at most 1 week. Keeping this tincture in the sun for a longer time has a negative effect on its color. After pouring the tincture, lemon juice or citric acid is added to it, following the procedure given in the recipe "Cherry tincture”. Cover the remaining fruit with sugar, and after pouring the syrup from them, squeeze them perfectly through a flannel bag and attach the squeezed juice to the tincture.

 

Blackberry tincture

Blackberry tincture has a pleasant feel to it, refreshing taste and nice color, however, it lacks flavor. Therefore, when adding sugar to it, pour it into each half-liter bottle 1 a drop of almond oil, and it will then resemble a cherry liqueur. It is prepared in exactly the same way, like a raspberry tincture, keeping the same proportions.
