Cocktails – Cocktail

HIGH PERCENTAGE COCKTAILES
(with an alcohol content above 20%)
The ingredients given in the recipes can be used to prepare 1 Portion.

 

COCKTAIL „BRANDY” (Pronounced. Brendi cocktail)

75 g cognac, 25 g Vermouth (Pronounced. Vermouth), a few drops of almond essence and dry orange

Mix the cognac and wine thoroughly, season to taste with a few drops of almond essence and orange * chill.

COCKTAIL „ROSE“ (Pronounced. cocktail Roze)

35 g of white Vermouth (Pronounced. Vermouth), 35 g of red Vermouth, 30 g Curaęao-Orange white, a few drops of currant syrup and possibly. almond essence

Alcoholic drinks mix, season with currant syrup and possibly a few drops of almond essence. Serve chilled.

 

COCKTAIL „SIDE-CAR” (Pronounced. kar-cocktail fishing)

50 g cognac, 25 g Curacao-Orange white (Pronounced. Kiraso-Orange), juice of 1/3 Lemon, orange slice

Squeeze lemon juice into cognac, add liqueur, mix thoroughly. Serve chilled, garnished with a slice of orange.

COCKTAIL "BROSIK”

35 g export juniper, 30 g Vermouth (Pronounced. Vermouth), a few drops of Poznańska Gorzka vodka, juice of 1/2 orange

Squeeze orange juice, add to wine mixed with juniper, mix thoroughly, season to taste with a few drops of Poznańska Gorzka vodka and then cool.

COCKTAIL "MARTINI”

50 g Gin (Pronounced. Genie), or export juniper, 50 g Vermouth (Pronounced. Vermouth), 1/4 lemon, a few drops of Poznańska Gorzka vodka

Squeeze lemon juice, add to wine mixed with vodka, mix thoroughly, season to taste with a few drops of Poznańska Gorzka vodka, cool.

COCKTAIL "STRONG”

50 g export juniper, 25 g Curacao-Orange white (Pronounced. Kiraso-Orange), juice of 1/2 lemon

Mix the squeezed lemon juice thoroughly with vodka and liqueur. Serve chilled.

 

RAINBOW COCKTAILES

a) 25 g likieru Mocca (Pronounced. Mocha), 25 g Refectory (Pronounced. Refectory), 25 g mint liqueur, 25 g of Lubuski liqueur, 25 g of vodka;

b) 50 g Curacao-Orange white (Pronounced. Kiraso-Orange), 50 g Żołądkowa Gorzka, 50 g Marascino (Pronounced. Maraskino);

c) 25 g cognac, 25 g Caraway seed, 50 g Curacao-Orange (Pronounced. Kiraso-Orange);

d) 50 g Marascino (Pronounced. Maraskino), 25 g Curacao–Orange (Pronounced. Kiraso-Orange), 25 g cognac

Rainbow cocktails (the ingredients are listed above 4 different variants) It is made of beverages of different weight by pouring liqueurs and vodkas of different colors and flavors on the sides of the glass. Individual types of drinks are arranged in layers, creating an attractive cocktail.

COLOR MIXES

a) 25 g of vodka, 25 g of cherry liqueur, 1 yolk;

b) 25 g likieru pomarańczowego, 25 g Benedictines, 1 yolk;

c) 25 g of vanilla liqueur, 25 g of vodka, 1 yolk;

d) 25 g Marascino (Pronounced. Maraskino), 25 g of vanilla liqueur, 1 yolk, 25 g cognac;

e) 25 g kminkówki, 1 yolk, 25 g rum;

f) 50 g śliwowicy, 1 lemon slice without peel sprinkled with sugar (can), 1 yolk

Pour vodka into a cocktail glass, put it all in, raw yolk, pour cherry liqueur. (Prepare other variants of the mixture by adding the ingredients in the same order).
