NEW YEAR'S EVE PUNCH
50 dkg sugar (Cube), 3 Lemon, 2 Oranges, 1 bottle of white wine, 1/2 l of arak
Sugar cubes rubbed against lemon zest pour wine and arak, boil, pour lemon and orange juice, heat. Serve hot in a vase with lid. Pour into small glasses. If the punch is too .strong, it can be diluted with boiled, hot water.
ENGLISH PONCH
1/2 l white wine,½ l of red wine, 1/4 l of water, 30 dkg sugar, ½ lemon, 5 glasses of arak
Boil the white and red wine with water and sugar. Add the thinly sliced lemon peel (remove the punch before serving). Pour hot punch into glasses, put a slice of lemon on top, pour arak, ignite.
EGG PUNCH
50 dkg sugar, 1/2 l of water, 8 yolks, ¼ l araku, lemon zest
Boil water with sugar and lemon zest, filter. Pour the yolks into the cooled syrup and add the arak. Place the dish on the hot hob, whip until the mass thickens. Do not allow, so that the mass boils, as it may become wetted. Serve hot punch in glasses.
GROG

LITHUANIAN KRUPNIK
30 dkg honey, 1/4 l of water, 1/2 l of spirit, 1/4 vanilla stick,1/4 nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, lemon peel
Boil water with honey, put the mashed spices, cook for a few minutes, set aside covered for ½ hour. Drain, boil it again, Pour the boiling liquid into the heated jug with a lid. Add the spirit, Mix. Serve hot in black coffee cups.
SPICE CRUSTER
30 dkg honey, 1/2 l of spirit,1/4 l of water, ½ vanilla sticks, cinnamon, cloves, 1/4 nutmeg, allspice, orange peel
Honey with the roots (except for the orange peel) brown in a saucepan, pour water, boil. Add the spirit to the hot liquid, Mix (not to cook), pour into a large bottle, add the orange zest, Stopper, set aside for 24 Hours. Filter the finished barley soup, heat. Serve in black coffee cups.
